Our primary policy does not allow refunds.
However we do offer exchanges for turbans under two specfic conditions:
- Firstly, if you wish to exchange your turban due to a material preference, you may do so for a different one.
- Secondly, if the turban has internal issues, Maison S will cover the shipping costs.
For all other cases, customers are responsible for any associated fees.
